Cancellation policy
Sounds unpleasant and is unpleasant for you and for us. It’s unfortunate if rooms remain empty even though others might have wanted to stay in them… The Austrian Hotel Regulations’ conditions apply. Cancellation up to three months before the stay that was booked is free, in case a reservation is cancelled later than that or in case you depart early we charge the full room rate if the rooms remain empty. In order to spare you any inconvenience we’re happy to book cancellation insurance for you.
Additional fee for short stays
10% for stays of up to 3 nights.

To firmly book your reservation we kindly ask you for a down payment of € 500.00 per room.
